Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

All payments are inclusive of a 20% deposit (this is non-refundable) with balance refunds: no penalties.

All accommodation and pitch fees must be paid in full one month prior to arrival

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals & Departures

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

We reserve the right to amend a customers pitch booking to an alternative pitch, if deemed necessary by staff and management

Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m..

The bar and/or restaurant is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

You’ll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you’ll need to apply for this beforehand).

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.

Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan.

Visitors

Visitors’ cars must not enter the campsite/accommodation area. They must be parked in the car park

Additional Terms

A breathable ground sheet must be used at all times whilst using an awning.

Only one dog allowed and it must be kept on a lead and a poop scoop must be used at all times.

The cost to fish is £9.00 per adult and £7.00 per child per day (residents prices only), a licence from the Post Office is required and you must have your own fishing equipment.
